A Nottingham man has been charged with raping a woman in Heanor.
Police received reports that a woman had been raped at a property in Market Place in October 2024.
Philip Carter, of Tenbury Crescent, Nottingham, has been charged with rape.
The 44-year-old has been released on bail and is due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on 10 August.
