Nottingham planned roadworks for this week

This week’s planned roadworks in Nottingham city.

  • Saturday 2 November – Saturday March 1, 2025: suspension of bridle way at the rear of Hawksley Gardens, Clifton West, for construction works by Avant Homes Midlands
  • Monday 2 December – Friday 6 December: road closures and parking bay suspensions in Lime Street and Muriel Street for resurfacing works as part of Streets For People project
  • Sunday 8 December: Lane closure in Maid Marian Way for highways works
  • Monday 9 December – Friday 12 December: road closure and parking bay suspensions for the whole of Broadhurst Avenue, Basford, for resurfacing works
  • Monday 9 December – Monday 16 December: road closure and parking bay suspensions for safety in Shakespeare Street and Shakespeare Villas for Nottingham Trent University’s December Graduation Week
  • Tuesday 10 December: Lane closures in Valley Road and Hucknall Road for highways works
  • Friday 13 December – Tuesday 17 December: road closure and parking bay suspensions for the whole of Cardinal Close, St Ann’s, for resurfacing works
  • Sunday 15 December: Parking bay suspension at the junction of Bramerton Road and Burnside Road for BT Openreach works
  • Wednesday 18 November – Friday 20 December: two-way lights in Abbotsford Drive at the junction with Teak Close for resurfacing works
  • Until Friday 20 December: two-way lights on Abbotsford Drive between Teak Close and Church Road for works to the subway structure
  • Until 31 March 2025: Parking bay suspension and partial road closure on Kent Street, St Ann’s for construction works
  • Until Thursday 31 July 2025: Road closure on length of Denman Street East, Radford, between Highhurst Street and Thackery Street, for development works
  • Until Thursday 31 July 2025: Road closure of Thackeray Street and Parking bay suspension on Denman Street East, Highurst Street & Boden Street for new development
