Early morning
The day will begin cloudy with a moderate chance of light rain or drizzle during the early hours. Rain probabilities are around 50 to 60 per cent through the morning period. Temperatures will start at around 3°C, rising slowly to about 6°C by mid-morning. Winds will be light to moderate from the east to east-south-east at around 10 to 11 mph, adding a chilly feel.
Midday
Through late morning and into midday, light rain remains possible, though it is expected to become more intermittent. Rain chances gradually ease to around 40 to 50 per cent. Temperatures will reach around 6°C to 7°C. Winds will remain steady from the east at around 11 mph, with little change in overall conditions.
Afternoon
The afternoon will remain largely cloudy but with fewer showers, and some drier spells developing. Rain chances fall further to around 30 to 40 per cent. Temperatures will peak at around 7°C. Winds will stay light to moderate from the east, maintaining a cool but relatively settled feel compared with earlier in the day.
Evening
During the evening, conditions are expected to become drier, with rain probabilities dropping below 10 per cent later on. Skies will remain mostly cloudy. Temperatures will gradually fall from around 6°C to 4°C by late evening. Winds will ease slightly from the east-north-east, bringing a cool and calmer end to the day.
