One of the Midlands leading independent property developers has kickstarted sales on Phase 2 of its £50m Trent Bridge Quays development in Nottingham.
Elevate Property Group, which develops high-profile sites across the East and West Midlands, is building on the unprecedented success of the first phase by releasing 14 three and four-bedroom town houses (starting at £415,000).
The luxury properties will be completed in Spring 2023 but interested buyers can reserve plots ‘off plan’ that come with parking, gardens, stunning kitchens and bathrooms, balconies and, in some cases, roof terraces.
They will soon be followed by 44 apartments and a mix of retail/leisure space offering purchasers the chance to enjoy riverside living, whilst being in easy commute to everything Nottingham has to offer.
The announcement comes just a few days after the company held a drinks reception on the wraparound terrace of the flagship penthouse apartment to celebrate completion of Phase 1.
Elevate Property Group’s Sales and Marketing Director David Hofton commented: “Trent Bridge Quays is proving to be exceptionally popular with buyers, who want the convenience of city centre living combined with the laid back, relaxed lifestyle that comes with a stunning riverside location.
“Phase 1 looks amazing now that the landscaping has been completed, and we were delighted to welcome investors, stakeholders, homeowners and potential buyers to our drinks evening recently.”
He continued: “It gave us the perfect opportunity to launch Phase 2 and, importantly, showcase our 3-bed, 3-bathroom penthouse apartment to the public. This is a remarkable 1722 sq ft of living space, along with a 900 sq ft, 270-degree wraparound roof terrace and balcony. At £925,000, we don’t expect it to be on the market for long.”
The second phase of Trent Bride Quays represents an £18m investment by Elevate Property Group and its joint venture partner Investin plc.
Construction is being undertaken by Bode Contracting with work already underway on the townhouses that are heavily influenced by the industrial and historical heritage of the local Nottingham area.
The contemporary properties and apartments are complemented by well-designed outdoor communal areas and thoughtful landscaping to create a real sense of community.
David concluded: “Trent Bridge Quays is just a short walk or cycle away from the city centre and West Bridgford for those looking for a more environmentally friendly commute.
“And for the growing number who have now made the switch to home working, what could be better at the end of a day’s work than to step out of your front door and straight onto the promenade of the beautiful River Trent?
“Phase 2 offers something for everyone, whether it is young couples looking for their first home, downsizers or families looking for the best of both worlds – city living and open space all in one.”
