The Bingham-based school – which is part of Nova Education Trust – has had a great set of results across the board and some outstanding achievements.

Alongside excellent academic outcomes, we celebrate the exceptional destinations our students have secured, including places at leading universities, competitive apprenticeships and a wide range of exciting career pathways.”
Catherine Mordue, Head of College, said: “Today’s results reflect the outstanding dedication, resilience and ambition of our Toot Hill Sixth Form College students and staff – and embody our ethos of ‘Dare to Know’. Students achieved an impressive average A Level grade of B and an average vocational grade of Distinction, with 35.28% of A Level grades at A*–A and 84.83% at A*–C. In vocational qualifications, 62% of grades were awarded at Distinction* to Distinction level.
“Academic excellence was demonstrated across the college, with 34 students achieving exclusively A*–A grades, including six students who secured all A* grades. Among these exceptional achievements, one student attained four A* grades, while another achieved five grades at A–A*. Two students, Adam Board and Cyrus Lee, will be going on to the University of Cambridge to study Mathematics and History respectively.
“We are immensely proud of all our students for their achievements and the determination they have shown throughout their studies. These results open the door to a wide range of university, apprenticeship and employment destinations, reflecting the high aspirations that underpin our commitment to helping every student thrive.
