The Friary are hosting a Fundraising Sale tomorrow Saturday 3 February to raise funds for the organisation.
The sale is from 10am till 12 noon at the Drop-In Centre on Musters Road next to the former Friary URC Church.
As well as the opportunity to pick up a bargain, there is also a chance to socialise and learn more about the organisation and the work it does. General Manager Ann Bremner explains
‘We have held fundraising sales for a number of years which are so well supported. They not only raise much needed funds but also bring the community together.
“We would encourage anyone in the local area to come down to see if they can pick up a bargain.
“We will also have refreshments (tea/coffee and cake), giving an opportunity for people to spend time together and maybe learn a bit more about the charity and it’s work’
