Two more arrests after man stabbed in Nottingham

Two more teenagers have been arrested following a stabbing in the Bobbers Mill area of Nottingham.

Officers from Nottinghamshire Police were called to a report that a man had been stabbed outside an address in Bobbers Mill Road just before 11.15pm yesterday (20 November).

A man was taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.

A man and a woman also suffered slash wound injuries as they tried to intervene.A 16-year-old was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder at the scene and two males, aged 16 and 18, were arrested overnight.

Detective Sergeant Simon Carter, said: “We have been carrying out numerous enquiries overnight which has led to three people now being arrested and don’t believe there is any wider threat to the public.”

“All knife crime incidents are taken extremely seriously and we will carry on working around the clock in order to bring the those behind the attack to justice.”

The investigation is ongoing and the three people remain in custody.
