The vehicle was seized on 20 March.
Police in Rushcliffe said:
‘A car has been seized in The Chequer’s Carpark, Cropwell Bishop.
‘The vehicle had no tax and no insurance, even though the car was off the highway we were able to seize the vehicle for no tax as it had not been notified off the road (SORN) and was in a carpark that the public has access to.
‘If you are taking your car off the road it needs to be SORN and if on a public highway or car park still needs valid insurance.’
