Officers were called to a report that three men had got into a house in Mansfield Woodhouse and demanded money from a woman in her bedroom.
It happened at around 8.55 pm on Wednesday (26 August) in Yorke Street.

Detective Sergeant Dave Prest said: “My team are working around the clock to establish who is behind this incident.
We are looking for three men. The main offender is described as white, of a large, tall build, with light coloured hair. He is believed to be in his late 30s/early 40s. He was wearing a black face mask and dark clothing with a hood up and gloves.
“The other two men were believed to be younger in age and all wearing dark clothing and masks.
“We have gathered substantial evidence and are continuing to make our enquiries.
“We won’t tolerate burglary offences in Nottinghamshire and will do everything in our power to bring these criminals to justice.”
