The village of East Bridgford announces the return of its Open Gardens event.
The popular event is on Sunday, 7 June 2026, following a break in 2025.
This year, 19 gardens will be on show, offering a unique opportunity to explore parts of the village that remain hidden from public view for the rest of the year.
The event features a diverse range of sites to interest visitors, including a working smallholding, a local bee farm, and the village’s own Springdale Wood.
Every attendee will be provided with a printed guide upon arrival to help navigate the garden trail and learn about the features of each location.
A selection of tea, coffee, and homemade cakes will be available to purchase throughout the day, and guests will find plant and craft sales taking place at several of the participating gardens.
The event organisers have also made provisions for easy parking to ensure a straightforward visit for all.
Admission is £5 per adult, and children are admitted free of charge.
