Five trentbarton bus services will terminate at Broad Marsh Bus Station during the daytime seven days a week from Saturday 24 October, as demolition work continues at the NCP car park on Maid Marian Way.
The change extends arrangements introduced on Monday 5 October, under which affected services have been terminating at Broadmarsh between 8am and 8pm on weekdays.
Trentbarton had continued serving Friar Lane, Beastmarket Hill and Mount Street at weekends, but has now decided to use Broadmarsh during the same hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
Passengers boarding between 8am and 8pm should use the following bays at Broad Marsh Bus Station:
- Bay 2: skylink express
- Bay 3: skylink Nottingham
- Bay 5: the keyworth
- Bay 6: mainline
- Bay 8: the cotgrave
The operator said the weekday arrangements had worked well by giving passengers certainty about where to board.
Indigo and i4 services will continue to use Friar Lane.
