The Friary are hosting one of their regular Bargain Sales on Saturday 31 October.
The sale is from 10am till 12 noon at the Drop-In Centre at 46 Musters Road. As well as the opportunity to pick up a bargain, there is also a chance to socialise and learn more about the organisation and the work it does.
The Friary look forward to welcoming people to the sale and Chief Executive Ben Talbot is hopeful of a good turnout.
Ben said:
“The weather is forecast to be dry on Saturday and we hope that this will encourage anyone local or from further afield to support the event.
“We are always amazed by the turnout and fantastic support that we receive. As always, we have a huge array of items on sale.
“This includes women’s, men’s and children’s clothes, refurbished bikes, shoes, giftware, electrical items and bric a brac. We also have a fabulous array of homemade cakes and other refreshments. We look forward to welcoming people to the Friary for a great community event.”
