A West Bridgford resident is appealing for information after his daughter was injured in the incident.
The incident happened at 3:20 pm on 23 March outside Rushcliffe Spencer Academy on Boundary Road in West Bridgford.
Nottinghamshire Police have been informed.
The resident said:
‘There was a Maserati car parked half on and half off the pavement.
‘My daughter was walking with friends towards Melton Road.
She stopped to look back for her friend – and was next to the car – it then proceeded to drive over her foot and ankle as it pulled away.
‘The car then left the scene without stopping to check even though the driver in my opinion was seen to look at my daughter but did nothing.’
‘She has sustained a double fracture of the leg and we are now trying to gather evidence for the police to investigate.
