Detectives investigating an assault in St Ann’s which left the victim with a broken jaw want to speak to two people.
The victim was confronted by four offenders in Hungerhill Road, St Ann’s, and an altercation took place.
They then attacked the man with tools from a work van which was parked nearby on 26 November 2023 around 9.20pm.
The victim required hospital treatment for the fracture and lacerations to his face.
Officers have carried out CCTV inquiries as part of their investigation and are now in a position to release images of two people who could have important information.
Detective Constable Ruth Towle, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“This was an unpleasant attack and we are determined to get justice for the victim.
“We believe these two individuals could help with our inquiries. If you know them, please get in touch with police.
“I’d also appeal to the people responsible for this attack to do the right thing and come forward.”
