Images of two men released after pub assault

Police want to speak to the two men pictured following an assault within a pub.

The victim – a man his fifties – suffered a broken arm during the incident.

He sustained the injuries after being repeatedly punched and then kicked.

Multiple people are believed to have been involved in the assault inside The Red Lion, in Hucknall.

The incident happened at the High Street-based pub, around 9.30pm on 21 January.

Officers investigating the assault can now release images of two people they’d like to speak to.

Detective Constable Emma White, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:

“The victim was left with a broken arm following this nasty incident.

“This happened after he was repeatedly punched, in front of several witnesses, inside the pub.

“As part of our ongoing inquiries, we’re keen to speak to both the men pictured, who we believe could assist our investigation.

“We’d urge anyone who recognises them to please get in touch, while we’d also advise the men in question to make themselves known to us.”

Information can be reported to the police on 101, quoting incident 708 of 21 January 2026, while Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111.
