New Trent Bridge Quays townhouses unveiled at August event

Demand for energy-efficient homes in Nottinghamshire is driving sales of a luxury riverside development, which is holding an open day later this month.

Elevate Property Group is unveiling the latest phase of its £50m Trent Bridge Quays development, 14 ready to move into townhouses, at an event on August 12.

Sales and marketing director David Hofton says interest in the three and four-bedroom properties is high after the unprecedented success of the first phase of development which is now completely sold.

David said:

“Trent Bridge Quays is one of Nottingham’s most prestigious developments, near the famous cricket ground and close to the City Ground.

“But buyers don’t just want location, location, location. They want to keep running costs low too.

“These luxury properties, located in NG2 which is one of the city’s most sought-after postcodes, are among the top 10% of all energy-efficient homes on the market in the UK.

“As well as energy saving measures, the luxury properties have parking, gardens, stunning kitchens and bathrooms, balconies and, in some cases, roof terraces too.

“Trent Bridge Quays offers a laid-back, stylish lifestyle coupled with the convenience of the shops, nightlife and businesses of the city centre.

Kerri Bywater, new homes area partner at selling agents William H Brown said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming families, young professionals and downsizers on August 12.

“All of the 21 townhouses in the first phase sold out in no time, and we are expecting a big demand for phase two. These houses are priced very competitively compared to other homes in NG2, and they have the added advantage of an EPC rating of B, benefitting from reduced outgoings and maintenance costs.”

The houses include designer kitchens with integrated appliances and Porcelanosa tiled bathrooms. The bedrooms are carpeted, with laminate floors throughout the rest of the house.

Townhouses at Trent Bridge Quays start from £400,000 whilst the apartments, also available, soon start from just £206,000.
