‘Blue 40/B/X and 41 are diverting in St Ann’s because of an incident.
Buses to St Ann’s are normal route along St Ann’s Well Road then left Ransom Road, right Brewsters Road (full length), left The Wells Road to normal route.
Buses to City are normal route along The Wells Road then right Brewsters Road (full length), left Ransom Road, right St Ann’s Well Road to normal route.’
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said at 6 am Saturday 6 June:
‘Since 03:40 this morning, we have been in attendance at a fire on Wells Road, Mapperley.
‘Crews from Carlton Fire Station, London Road Fire Station, Arnold Fire Station, West Bridgford Fire Station, Stockhill Fire Station remain on scene.
‘There have been no reports of any injuries; however, the road is currently closed whilst we resolve this incident.’
