The Observation Wheel at Nottingham Winter Wonderland in Old Market Square is closed on Sunday 8 December because of weather conditions.
The organisers said in any update today Sunday 8 December:
‘We are scheduled to open as planned today. The Observation Wheel has closed due to the high winds!
‘The Ice Rink: Our Sky Skate Ice Path, family and children’s ice rinks will all be open as normal
‘Sur La Piste, Altitude, and all of our other attractions are still open, so you can still enjoy the magic of Winter Wonderland!
