Rushcliffe Borough Council’s Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Transformation, Leisure and Wellbeing Cllr Jonathan Wheeler said: “I’m excited to see the return of our annual Taste of Rushcliffe event which shines a light on the talented local businesses that we are proud to have in the Borough.

“It’s a fantastic day out and gives eventgoers a chance to sample the wide range of food and drink options from cured meats to tasty pies, preserves and pastries and plenty more!

“There’s something for everyone, whether you want to tantalise your tastebuds at the street market, top up your culinary skills at a food masterclass or head over to the kid’s cookery sessions.

“I encourage everyone to come down to Central Avenue for the event and explore the diverse food stalls, free activities throughout the day and soak up the atmosphere!”
