Three suspects have been charged after large amounts of cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis were seized from a property.
The drug discovery was made after police initially pulled over a vehicle in Chadwick Road, Bobbers Mill, around 1.45pm on Sunday (29 September).
A friction lock baton was found inside the car, which officers had made the decision to follow and stop following concerns it could be linked to criminal activity.
After checking the vehicle, police attended a property in Perry Road, Sherwood, with further searches resulting in significant quantities of drugs being discovered.
Large amounts of cocaine, MDMA and cannabis were all seized, while substantial quantities of cash were also found.
Karvanveer Johal, Darmjit Johal, 62, and Sukhjinder Johal, 59, were each subsequently charged with possessing with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
They were also charged with possessing criminal property.
Karavanveer Johal, 28, was additionally charged with possessing an offensive weapon in public, and driving without a valid licence or insurance.
The three suspects, all of Perry Road, Nottingham appeared at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (1 October).
They are next due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 29 October.
Detective Sergeant James Hirst, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “It is always a good result when we’re able to take drugs off our streets and out of circulation.
“These types of illicit substances cause considerable harm to communities, so we’re always keen to do whatever we can to reduce this damage.
“Likewise, there is absolutely no reason for anyone to have a friction lock baton in their possession, at home or in public, so we’re pleased to have seized that too.”
