A section of Tollerton Lane in Tollerton will be closed for nearly two months to allow for gas mains replacement works.
The closure will affect Tollerton Lane between its junction with Medina Drive and its junction with Cotgrave Lane. It is scheduled to begin at 8am on Monday 4 May and remain in place until 6pm on Tuesday 30 June.
The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day throughout the duration of the works, which are being carried out by Cadent Gas.
A signed diversion route will be in place via Cotgrave Lane, Cotgrave Road, Normanton on the Wolds, and the A606 Melton Road, before rejoining Tollerton Lane.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow extra time for journeys while the works are ongoing.
