The work has been hit by weather conditions again.
The junctions were expected to open on 24 April.
National Highways told The Wire:
‘Unfortunately the continued wet weather has interrupted our schedule for the last stages of work to install the final white lining and high friction anti-skid surfacing.
‘We need two further full overnight closures to complete the work, which will also be weather dependent.
‘These full closures will take place overnight on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 April 2023, from 8 pm on each night until 6 am the next morning at the latest.
‘We thank road users for their continued patience while we carry out this safety critical part of the improvements.

‘The junction is now due to be complete in early May.’
NH previously expected the junctions to open today after over 12 months of work, in an update on 18 April they said:
‘The junction works are in the final stages.
‘We’ve almost completed the second phase of the A52 Nottingham junctions improvement scheme.
‘The recent run of bad weather, including Storm Noa, has prevented us from carrying out some final planned work in the overnight road closures.’
