Road closures have been put in place on Trent Bridge as part of an ongoing incident.
11 pm Issue safely resolved – bridge reopens
Police said:
‘Emergency services are currently on the bridge responding to concerns over a person’s safety.
The incident, which was reported around 8.55pm today, poses no wider threat to the community.
‘Access to the bridge has been restricted in both directions and road users have been advised to consider alternative routes for the time being.’
