Police are seeking the public’s help after a man smashed a taxi window with a beer bottle.
Officers have been reviewing CCTV footage and carrying out other inquiries following the incident which happened outside the KFC in Milton Street, Nottingham city centre, around 3.15am on 18 April 2026.
They are now in a position to release this image of a man they believe could have important information about what happened.
PC Robin Gurney, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Thankfully the taxi driver wasn’t injured but this incident left him unable to work for a few days, as well as incurring a large cost for repairs.
“We would ask anyone that recognises the person in this photo to please get in touch with us.
“We believe that they could have information that can assist us with our investigation, so we are very keen to speak to him.”
