Police officers investigating a sexual assault on a bus are trying to trace this man.
The teenage victim reported she’d been touched inappropriately by another passenger.
She was riding the number 44 bus from Nottingham city centre to Gedling when the incident took place.
This happened between 7.17am and 7.47am on 9 June.
The man pictured wearing a distinctive-looking red hat was seen to get on and get off the bus around the time of the incident.
Officers believe he may have information that could help them with their inquiries, so have requested that anyone who knows him shares this information.
Sergeant Liz Johnson, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“This was a very upsetting experience for the teenage victim, who was left extremely shaken up by what happened.
“We believe the man pictured could have valuable information that could assist our inquiries.Â
“Bearing this in mind, we’d ask him to please make himself known to us, or for anyone who recognises him to get in touch with us.”
