Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to the incident on Sunday 6 August.
A spokesperson for Stapleford Fire Station said:
‘Overnight on Sunday, our team were mobilised to a report of a car fire in Bramcote.
‘Upon arrival, a vehicle was found to be well alight.
‘Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were used to control the fire and prevent it spreading.

‘Six firefighters attended the scene.’
No-one was injured.
