Situated opposite Rudy’s Pizza, Delilah and Cosy Club, the new café is set to be the city’s next go-to brunch and dessert spot.
Designed with over 35 seats, the café will offer an inviting space for families, couples and students alike to gather over brunch, coffee and (of course) pancakes.
Guests can expect Fluffy Fluffy’s signature soufflé pancakes made fresh to order using their unique Japanese technique, with favourites including Nutella Strawberry, Blueberry, Tiramisu, Crème Brûlée, Oreo and Matcha.

Each dish is handcrafted to be as photogenic as it is delicious. “Nottingham has been on our radar for some time, it’s a creative, student-friendly and food-loving city,” said Bilal Saleem.

Adding to the experience is Fluffy Fluffy’s open-kitchen concept, where guests can watch every pancake being carefully whipped, risen and jiggle to perfection, a touch of theatre that makes the visit as fun to watch as it is to taste. But the menu doesn’t stop there.
Fluffy Fluffy Nottingham will also serve indulgent croffles, sandos, and a savoury brunch menu, alongside it’s Perfect Ted Matcha, handcrafted coffees and freshly made smoothies.
For lighter bites, there’s a choice of acai bowls, yoghurt bowls while dessert lovers can explore the decadent Hong Kong-style French toast, making it the ultimate spot for sweet and savoury indulgence.
