Police have arrested a man in connection with multiple offences after responding to a disturbance at a Clifton address during the early hours of today (Tuesday 17 March 2020).
Officers were called to a report that a man had damaged the door of a property on Hartness Road at around 1.50am.
They arrested a 20-year-old man following a brief foot chase.
The suspect, who was wanted on recall to prison, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and assault occasioning grievous bodily harm. He remains in custody.
