Nottinghamshire NHS releases information after Ivy Medical Group permanently vacates Lowdham site

If you are a patient registered at the Ivy Medical Group and were a patient at the Lowdham Medical Centre building, you may have seen information regarding changes that are happening at the Lowdham site.

Ivy Medical Group patients

Due to maintenance work required at the Lowdham site the Ivy Medical Group took the decision to move all patient appointments to their other sites in Burton Joyce (The Apple Tree Medical Practice, Wheatsheaf Court, Burton Joyce, NG14 5EA and The Lambley Lane Surgery, 6 Lambley Lane, Burton Joyce, Nottingham, NG14 5BG) on 17 October 2022.

The Ivy Medical Group has now decided to permanently vacate the Lowdham site.

To book, change or confirm an appointment patients should call the reception team on 0115 931 2500 or call into the Apple Tree Surgery, Wheatsheaf Court, Burton Joyce, NG14 5EA, which is open Monday – Friday 8:15am – 6:30pm. When making a new appointment, patients will be advised as to which one of the two Burton Joyce locations you will need to attend.

Jubilee Park Medical Partnership patients
The Lowdham site remains open and operating as normal for patients who are registered at the Jubilee Park Medical Partnership and patients should continue to visit the site and attend their appointments.

Temporary changes to hand washing facilities and temporary toilets will be in place over the new few weeks so that improvement works can be done. Jubilee Park Medical Partnership would like to reassure patients that they are working with maintenance teams to get the works carried out as quickly as possible and will ensure any disruption is kept to a minimum.
