Police would like to trace this man following an assault in Nottingham city centre.
A man in his 20s was punched to the back of his head causing him to fall to ground where he sustained facial injuries.
The incident happened in Victoria Street at approximately 11.10pm on Saturday 21 February.
The victim was taken to hospital for treatment and has been continuing his recovery at home.
Sergeant Graham Collington, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“This was a nasty assault and it was pure luck the victim’s injuries were not more serious.
“That said, the assault had a profound impact on him and his friend who was walking alongside him at the time of the incident.
“We are determined to bring the perpetrator to justice. CCTV enquiries have been carried out, statements taken, and intelligence checks conducted, and we are now issuing an image of a man we would like to speak to as we believe he could hold information which could assist our enquiries.

“If you recognise the man, please call 101 quoting 26*104763. You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
