New Care has been rated one of the top care home groups in the UK.
With a portfolio of exceptional care homes, including The Grand and Ruddington Manor in West Bridgford, the operator has been rated one of the Top 20 care home groups in the UK by leading care home reviews website carehome.co.uk.
With 17,000 care homes in the UK caring for around 500,000 people, receiving a Top 20 award is a tremendous achievement and a very worthy accolade of which any care home group can be very proud.
The award is based solely on independently verified reviews of each one of New Care’s individual care home properties written by residents and their family and friends on carehome.co.uk.
The reviews cover all aspects of everyday life in the care homes including their overall facilities, quality of care, support, cleanliness, food and drink offering and safety and security. The staff team, activities programme and individual care for residents are also covered, and if residents feel that they are treated with compassion and dignity.
Commissioning director at New Care, Dawn Collett, said: “To be recognised as one of the Top 20 care home groups in the UK is a wonderful achievement. We are incredibly proud of our amazing team that works tirelessly to deliver exceptional care to all of our residents and which has resulted in these fabulous reviews from our residents and their families.”
Reviews manager at carehome.co.uk, Amanda Hopkins, added:
“It is a huge achievement to be named as one of the Top 20 care home groups in the UK by the residents and their families, who have first-hand experience of the care and support being given at the care home.
“Our awards, which celebrate the excellent care given by care home groups, show New Care provides excellent care throughout its homes and we would like to congratulate it on being a top care home group!
“These top performing care home groups are making a profound difference to residents’ lives by putting compassion, kindness and dignity at the centre of their care.”
