Severn Trent has issued a further update on the large burst water main at Clifton.
STW said:
‘Thank you all for your patience throughout the supply interruptions we have seen in your area today which were caused by a 3rd party, not connected to Severn Trent, damaging one of our pipes.
‘Customers in the affected area should begin to see their water supplies returning. We are still working to fix the pipe, but we have reconfigured the water network to make sure your water supply stays on throughout the rest of the repair. ‘
